I like your site, but what am I supposed to do with it?

First, create an account. It's fast, simple, and secure. While setting up your account up, you can sign up for our newsletter and be the first to know about sales and new content.

Then, have a look around and find some stuff you like and that will hopefully fill a need in your ministry. When you see something you like, just click add to cart. You can either check out or continue shopping. Or you can do nothing. But what would be the point in that?

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Sure! While completing your order through our site is super easy, feel free to call us at 1.843.633.1005 if you need any help at all.

OK, I've purchased something, so now what?

Great! We're glad you found something useful! You'll get an onscreen receipt that you can print right then and another one through the email associated with your account. Click the "account" link and you'll see your stuff right there waiting for you to download. You'll see a thumbnail of each product you purchased. Just click it, choose your format, and you're good to go. Your file will download in the format you specified. Most still images contain the SD and HD versions and will download as a ZIP file containing both formats. If you almost always download a specific format, be sure to set a format preference for your account. On the right-hand side under the heading "Preferences", click the edit button beside "Download Format" and choose your format. In your account you will now see a download icon on the thumbnails. Clicking this will automatically begin downloading your preferred format. You will also now see the icon throughout the site on items you have purchased, and you can download those items by clicking the icon there as well.

Some gigahertz must have crossed with some megabytes and my download never completed. This is terrible, right?

Well, it's certainly a pain. But, the good news is, you can download your files whenever you like, as many times as you need. The stuff in your account will always be your stuff. Just login and try, try again. If you're still having problems, contact us and we'll help you get things worked out.

Help! I've fallen and I can't get up!

We're here to pick you up, dust you off, and send you on your way with some quality media. So if you experience any troubles at all, just contact us. Maybe you downloaded the wrong video. Or maybe you got the wrong format. It's no problem. We'll make sure you get what you need. Please feel free to call us at 1.843.633.1005 with any questions or problems. If you really have fallen and experienced some form of injury, however, it's probably best you call 9-1-1.
